We supply heavy duty pulley block (DBXT Brand) are light weight due to extensive use of alloy steels, robust in construction & incorporates highly efficient triple spur gear reduction.
Exclusive features:
• HEAD ROOM - Low compared to capacity
• MONO BLOCK WITH REDUCED HEAD ROOM – All the capacities can be supplied duly fixed with traveling trolleys.
• BODY – Made of Pressed steel with weld less construction
• HOOKS – Steel forged as per IS–Specifications
• LOAD WHEEL – Made from heavy duty malleable casting suitably heat treated.
• HAND CHAIN – GR – 30 conforming to IS – Specifications.
• LOAD CHAIN – Alloy steel Gr- 80 conforming to IS – Specifications
• CHAIN WHEEL – Hand chain wheels are made of Pressed steel & provided with integrated cover-cum-guide preventing chain fouling.
• BRAKE – Multiple threaded Screw & Friction – Disc type self – actuating Load Brake ensures complete safety.
• GEARS – All gears are accurately machine cut from specially alloy steel and case hardened & treated for rust prevention.
• TEST – Block confirm the testing requirements of IS. Each Block is tested to 50% overload & accompanied by a certificate.

Pulling and Lifting Machine
Pulling and lifting machine (DBXT Brand) is a portable machine with a multitude of uses. With minimum effort, all sorts of operations can be done easily by pulling, lifting and lowering. Any length of wire rope can be used in this machine. It is always under control of your operator. Lifting and lowering are manually controlled to the fraction of cm. The complete unit can be carried and operated by one men & due to its ease of operation, no special skill is required. Owing to the rugged construction a little maintenance is needed. The machine aligns automatically in the direction of the pull. Suitable for lifting & pulling loads tested to 50% overload of SWL. |
